1. Service Area & Eligibility

• Carhax provides mobile automotive locksmith and module services in Sammamish, WA and surrounding areas.
• You must be at least 18 years old to request our services.

2. Use of the Website

• Do not use this site for unlawful purposes or to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

3. Service Requests & Estimates

• All service requests are subject to acceptance by Carhax. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.
• Estimates provided via the website, phone, or text are subject to change based on the actual vehicle, location, or circumstances.
• No booking is final until confirmed by Carhax.

4. Payments & Warranties

• Payments for services are made in person upon job completion. We do not accept online payments at this time.
• All keys and programming sessions completed by Carhax are covered by a 1-year warranty. Customer-supplied equipment is not covered.

5. User Content

• Do not submit any false, misleading, or unlawful information through our contact forms.

6. Privacy & Cookies

• Your use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Carhax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
